    Mrs. Fareed, is the on-site owner of The Goddard School of Sudbury, where she brings over 24 years of experience and a lifelong love for early childhood education. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree, she spent more than two decades running a large, home-based childcare program while raising her own children. Mrs. Fareed believes that every child deserves a nurturing, environment where learning feels exciting and full of wonder. She has a special love for math and science, which she’s passed on to her own 4 children—all of whom became engineers. Her decision to open The Goddard School came after extensive research, during which she discovered Goddard’s inquiry-based curriculum, WONDER OF LEARNING a perfect reflection of her belief that children learn best through curiosity, creativity, and discovery. Mrs. Fareed is Lead Teacher Certified and currently pursuing her Director Certification and continue her education in early childhood education, She is also a proud grandmother of 2

  • Ms Hiba

    Hiba is the co-owner of The Goddard School of Sudbury with her mom Farzeen. She is excited to bring Goddard to the community and is so excited for her baby boy Ezra to join the Goddard family. She has worked at Raytheon Technologies for over a decade and has taken on several roles including manufacturing, operations, program and financial management, and most recently, chief of staff. She holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a Masters in Engineering and MBA from Boston University. Growing up around childcare and educational values, she and her three brothers are very passionate about education, the STEM field, and giving back to their communities. She co-founded and runs a STEM program for middle school girls, Girl Lab! In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, and traveling with her husband Stephen, mom, and her 3 brothers.   • Ms Savera

    Ms. Savera assumes the role of Co Director at The Goddard School of Sudbury . She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from UMASS Amherst. Her journey in the Early Education field commenced in 2012, culminating in her graduation from UMass Amherst Magna Cum Laude in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Education and Care. Since 2017, she has served diligently within the Natick Public Schools, where she acquired extensive experience, particularly in working with the severe special needs student population. Eager to leverage her knowledge and expertise, Ms. Savera eagerly anticipates the opportunity to contribute to the Sudbury location. Her transition from teaching to administration is met with enthusiasm, as she is committed to fostering a positive, nurturing, and inclusive school culture. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s Degree From UMass Amherst .

    Ms. Verna has been an integral part of the Goddard School of Sudbury for the past two years and has now chosen to accept the role of School Director. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including several leadership roles as Director, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to the development and well-being of children. During her time here, Ms. Verna made the intentional decision to step back from administrative duties to take on the role of an infant room teacher. This experience allowed her to deepen her connection with the children, families, and teachers, while also gaining valuable insight into the classroom environment. Her hands-on approach has enriched her understanding of the school’s day-to-day operations and fostered meaningful relationships with students and staff alike. Ms Verna now feel its is the right time to return and exited to be step back into the role of School Director.

After becoming a certified teacher through Springfield Community College, she is currently enrolled at Middlesex Community College to further her education and achieve her goals. In her free time, Miss Amber enjoys reading books by her favorite author, Ana Todd, particularly the After series. She attended the Keefe Technical High School and studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching where she got her teacher certification in 2020. Hailee loves working with all ages, but her favorites are the infants. She is a mom to an 11-month-old baby girl who is the sweetest baby you'll ever meet!
